1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1  To open and maintain an Account with pgbey, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pgbey applies a strict minimum age of 21 in line with the standards adopted across the Indonesian market for online gaming platforms.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register operated by pgbey or any recognized problem-gambling authority.
• You have not previously had a pgbey Account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a pgbey employee or affiliate.

2.2  pgbey acknowledges that online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous position in Indonesia. The Public Gambling Act 1867, which predates the internet, does not explicitly address offshore online betting platforms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you understand and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3  pgbey reserves the right to reject any registration application or close any Account that does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this clause, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

3.1  Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the pgbey Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

3.2  When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Indonesian mobile phone number
• Bank account details for the withdrawal method you intend to use (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or approved e-wallet)
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR)

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4  pgbey reserves the right to close or restrict any Account without notice in the event of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, suspicious betting patterns, or any other breach of these Terms.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1  pgbey operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. All Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

4.2  Accepted identity documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Valid Indonesian passport
• Indonesian driving licence (SIM)

4.3  In addition to identity documents, pgbey may request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months) and/or proof of the deposit payment method used (e.g., screenshot of BCA or BRI mobile banking confirming the transfer).

4.4  Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure. Pending bonus funds will be forfeited in such cases.

4.5  All KYC documentation submitted to pgbey is handled in strict confidence and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits

5.1  pgbey accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2  Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (see the payment table on the homepage). The standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000.

5.3  pgbey does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pgbey accepts no responsibility.

5.4  Deposits processed during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 08:00–20:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Off-hours bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to clear.

5.5  Deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned (minus any applicable transaction costs) and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1  Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete (see Clause 4).

6.2  Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000. Maximum single withdrawal: subject to your Account tier and VIP status.

6.3  Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bronze Tier: up to 24 hours
• Silver Tier: up to 12 hours
• Gold Tier: up to 6 hours
• Platinum & Diamond Tiers: up to 3 hours
• Black Diamond (Invitation Only): Immediate processing

6.4  These processing times represent pgbey's internal handling time and exclude external bank clearing periods, which may add additional time depending on the receiving institution.

6.5  pgbey does not guarantee same-day withdrawals during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, Nyepi, and other national holidays), during scheduled maintenance windows, or during periods of high withdrawal volume.

6.6  pgbey reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds Rp 10,000,000 or that is associated with unusual account activity.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1  pgbey offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer as well as the general provisions of this clause.

7.2  Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7.3  Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements are as follows (indicative rates; specific promotions may differ):

• Slot Games: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 20% contribution (single bets with odds of 1.50 or higher)
• Table Games (RNG): 15% contribution
• Crash Games (e.g., Aviator): 50% contribution

7.4  Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion. Unused or unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7.5  pgbey reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player is abusing the promotion, exploiting a technical error, or acting in bad faith.

7.6  Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7.7  The maximum withdrawal derived from any single bonus offer is capped unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms for each promotion before claiming.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1  All bets and wagers placed on the pgbey Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirmation.

8.2  pgbey offers betting markets on a wide range of sports and events, including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia matches, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, badminton (Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (MPL Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market availability is subject to change.

8.3  For sports betting, mix parlay (accumulator/combination bets) and voor bola (Asian handicap betting) are available on eligible markets. Minimum odds and market eligibility for these bet types are displayed at the point of bet placement.

8.4  In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pgbey will investigate and, where possible, restore the session to its pre-fault state. Where this is not feasible, pgbey's decision on the outcome shall be final and binding.

8.5  All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over millions of spins and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns for any individual session.

8.6  pgbey reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error due to an obvious pricing mistake, system glitch, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgbey Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting)
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets or exploit game outcomes
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or structuring deposits specifically to game wagering-requirement calculations
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's payment method or bank account to deposit or withdraw funds
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pgbey staff or other Players via any communication channel

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1  pgbey is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward Players seriously. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders and log-out triggers.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session or per calendar period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your Account for a defined cooling-off period (minimum 7 days, extendable to permanent exclusion).
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.

10.4  pgbey strictly enforces the minimum age of 21. We use automated and manual checks during registration and KYC to detect underage access and will permanently close any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1  All content on the pgbey Platform — including but not limited to the pgbey brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pgbey or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

11.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pgbey.

11.3  All game content delivered via the Platform is owned by the respective game studios and providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and NetEnt) and is licensed to pgbey for distribution to Players.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1  The pgbey Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pgbey makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malware or other harmful components.

12.2  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgbey shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) that delay or prevent the processing of deposits or withdrawals
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials

12.3  In any event, pgbey's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pgbey's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1  pgbey collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

13.2  By registering an Account, you consent to pgbey collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of gaming services as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.3  pgbey will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification agencies, and licensed game studios) strictly as required to operate the Platform and fulfill our contractual obligations to you.

14. Amendments

14.1  pgbey reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice via a notice posted on the Platform homepage or via email to your registered address.

14.2  Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

14.3  The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at https://pgbey.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

15. Governing Law

15.1  pgbey operates under an international online gaming license issued by a recognized offshore regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction.

15.2  Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's regulatory body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

15.3  Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

15.4  You acknowledge that online gaming is subject to varying degrees of legal regulation across different Indonesian provinces and that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations applicable to your specific location within Indonesia.
